The property looks very modern. The room was very spacious. Importantly there was a refrigerator I need that because I’m diabetic. The bed was comfortable. What I also loved is they have a place where you can fill up your water bottles in the lobby. The breakfast was better than most places. The location is very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping outlets. Over all the place is very comfortable and convenient.

Everything was absolutely perfect. This was the last room to be had in Phoenix or anywhere close to Phoenix due to NASCAR. My daughter was in the hospital so I was desperate for a room and took it. I paid over $300 for 1 night for just a room. It was clean, safe and staff was SUPER, BUT... it was just a room. The Hotel it's self was clean, It has a pool and the lobby is set up with modern furniture for your relaxation. They serve breakfast ( I didn't eat so I do know how good it is ) and I was told they have a little bar that opens in the lobby at 5pm, once again I didn't have a drink so I don't know how it is. It was all clean and modern but as I said I didn't see or experience anything that would make this a $325 dollar room .... and I was told I got a deal !.

Hotel was easy to find, a short distance from I-17, but no traffic noise. Plenty of restaurants and fast-food to choose from. Just 20 miles from entertainment venues. Breakfast selection was hot and cold depending on what you wanted. Coffee machine available 24/7 which dispensed fancy coffees and hot chocolate. Bathroom was elegant with back lit mirror and large shower. Bed was comfortable.

Helpful personnel at the reservation desk as we needed a room with ADA compliance. Very organized personnel responsible for the morning complementary breakfast. Very helpful. New and well kept facility.
