Best Western Plus Executive Residency Phoenix North Happy Valley

Everything was absolutely perfect. This was the last room to be had in Phoenix or anywhere close to Phoenix due to NASCAR. My daughter was in the hospital so I was desperate for a room and took it. I paid over $300 for 1 night for just a room. It was clean, safe and staff was SUPER, BUT... it was just a room. The Hotel it's self was clean, It has a pool and the lobby is set up with modern furniture for your relaxation. They serve breakfast ( I didn't eat so I do know how good it is ) and I was told they have a little bar that opens in the lobby at 5pm, once again I didn't have a drink so I don't know how it is. It was all clean and modern but as I said I didn't see or experience anything that would make this a $325 dollar room .... and I was told I got a deal !.

Great location in proximity to lots of shop & restaurants. The room was very comfortable & the bathroom was great. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Helpful personnel at the reservation desk as we needed a room with ADA compliance. Very organized personnel responsible for the morning complementary breakfast. Very helpful. New and well kept facility.

Breakfast was very good, especially the eggs, Suasage, and potato's. Very clean area also.

Neej at the front desk was awesome. He let me check in to put electric candles and rose peddles out to surprise my newly wed wife. I was very appreciative.
